Occupational First Aid Course (Three Day Course)

Course Aims:
This comprehensive course teaches you how to provide treatment for purpose of preserving life, prevent further injury and promote recovery. You will be able to provide treatment in the workplace for an injury which does not require the attention of a medical practitioner or nurse. Participants will be trained in the use of a defibrillator and CPR. This course is particularly useful for the workplace and conforms to Health Safety Authority standards and the Safety, Health & Welfare at work Regulations 2007 (S.I.No.299)
Course Certification:
FETAC level 5 Occupational First Aid Certification (Valid for 2 years)

On completion of this course participants will be confident in the skills of casualty assessment, how to treat wounds and bleeding and respiratory emergencies.
